No, not Minnesota, Wisconsin.
This was a BMARA scheduled event.
It's a 1/2 mile about 30 miles northeast of Madison Wisc.

It shows there is a Stan Fox Memorial with open midgets so I guess BMARA pulled out?

Have talked to USAC and Badger, I want to do what I can for midget racing in WI.Will make announcment thursday. Need positives and teams! Im easy to find 920 319 0177

That's what they say! ! One of the more over priced manuf. tried to make USAC penalize the more often winning and cheaper Esslinger

Maybe Don Moore can give us all an idea roughly, what it takes to put a competetive car on the track today.
Keep in mind though you haven't even bought the tow rig or the trailer.
I know it will be a real eyeopener. I have a pretty good idea but I'm no expert, just a fan.
