This will be my first year fielding a car with MTQRL and I'm so happy to see the University backing the series. The town has a very special meaning to me and my life. I lost a good friend on March 6,1969 in Viet Nam when 2Lt. William Dennis McAllister was killed. Lt. McAllister was from Vincennes, Indiana. I passed through Vincennes a few weeks ago and I thought about the Lt. It looks like a great little town and I know it had special meaning to a good friend.
Just rambling. I know this has nothing to do with anything much but just thought I'd post.
Jimmy, I'd like to thank you, for your tribute to your friend, so many of these tributes never get heard, but with people like you, remembering your part of history, and putting it in print for others to read, sure make you proud to be an American, a Veteran, and a friend of a fellow MTQRL car owner. Here's hoping this message warms a lot of hearts, and more people appreciate what our Service Men have endured! Thanks, again, and it is an honor to know you, and be able to race with you! Bob
