Promoter talk???
I think you will see some additions to the schedule and purses raised as you did last year. Remember that is just a temporary schedule. Just my opinion

If people want to see more cars then they have to attend and these promoters have to start paying a better purse! I like the burg but the way the track is it is not hardly worth running for 1200 1400. Bucks and 200 all the way to 10 and that does not only go for the burg that's all tracks! Everyone knows how expensive it is to race but no one wants to pull togather and help out with these purses they just complain because low car counts. And a good local show is just as good as some of the bigger ones. It does not have to be usac to be a he'll of a race ! Just my 2 cents!

It is my opinion (from my experience as a former promotor) that Dave lost his @ss on most, if not all, of the big shows last year. Particularly, the two day events. I don't believe the economy will support such events at this point in time. I believe Dave should focus on and build the best weekly show in the midwest with a few one day "Special" events mixed in. As far as his regular shows went last year, there were many nights when Brady Short, Jeff Bland, Damien Gardner, the Walker team with Hunter driving etc. were there for regular shows. That's a mini-USAC show right there.
