Actually, if you go to my "indyroadsters" website, in the photo gallery, I have posted an album titled "mallard and maxon roadsters".
The maxon was probably the last roadster. It was built in '68 or '69 by Quin Epperly.
It was probably Epperly's last car.

By tradition, if the number and color has anything to do with the 73 car, makes me wonder if Lee Elkins had anything to do with it somewhere in time.
