Don Moore.....

This is Tammy Gundaker with Tri-City Speedway. Enough is Enough

I originally posted the wrong pit pass price of $30. It has always been $35. Look at the Midget Entry Form.

It was a misprint when I originally posted on IOW.

If you have a situation with me then pick up the phone and call, please don't get on here and bash our event
we are going to do everything we can to make this a great 2nd Annual Gold Crown Weekend and continue to grow the "Gold Crown" for the open wheel drivers and fans.

Thank you,
Tammy Gundaker

What's the rain plan? I noted that Thursday has a 60% chance of showers. The other days look good.

The 1st Annual was terrific. We've been planning on being at this event all season long.

Thanks in advance

Don Moore your the man! Nice someone is not afraid to speak up. Are you saying only $50 for ALL three nights? I would assume it should have been $50 per night? I hope your questions are answered. Sure many would like to know "full pay-out"...

I have not gotten a clear answer on the "B main full payout" as stated by the promoters on this web site. Looks to me like the "B main full payout" was edited and disappeared. I e-mailed the promoters and asked what the "full payout was/is... Answer: $50/50/100. That sounds like tow money to me and no clarification about who actually gets that beyond the main event. I'm going to the fortune teller here in Indy (my second home here tonight and tomorrow until we hear if we are racing) and see if she knows. Maybe that "full B main payout" will appear in her crystal ball.

I just recently learned that $50 is only for those outside the feature, ranking (approx) 23-32 positions (not saying anything bad...believe it to be a fact...nothing more). Maybe you only finished in those spots once last year? It woud be nice to support a high paying event like this, as not many promoters do this type of deal. The more info the better though, I would say.

well, if you've been reading the other thread about teams loading up after a poor draw, we had the fun last year of starting in the back of the heat races all three nights with every sprint and midget champion in front of us. We didn't load up, we dealt with it and just missed the mains each night. We were paid $30/30/50... total of $100 and after 50% to the driver, my take was $50 which translates to $12.50 per night payout including the practice night which had free spectator admission. Yes... $12.50.

......So basically what your saying is that you lost money in midget racing?
