In the court of law its a bit different, your sometimes innocent if you pass the board of public thought, which in this case guilty, now poor Kasey you have fun proving your innocents, you have money they think, and the poor guy who shouldn't be working the track gate where, people of your stature go to and from your motorhomes, well he just shouldn't be working that gate, especially if you had a bad a season as what Kasey has had. So the poor gate guard needs a couple bucks to get through the winter. The guard probably fell out of his chair looking at the women that were looking at Kasey. Just my thought ! Not trying to stir up any B.S.

Its seems to me that the post in which this guard was manning is one of the more important at a track, it doesnt make good sense to place someone there that is not familiar with the drivers, however this is the same group of folks that sees no benefit in NASCAR having its own traveling safety crew.

Sounds like trying to cash in to me. No, I don't know the facts, but we've seen this stuff before with famous people.

We've also see Famous people acting like they have no rules to follow. Who knows?
Chuck, saying he was probably in a hurry to get away from the clutzy girls and ran him over accidently.

Good find Sandy!

I find it hard to believe shoving someone is cause for a Battery charge, Assult but Battery incites that the asultant intended to do physical harm, Not move him out of the way.

Not defending Kasey but this is clearly a mix up and probably blown way out of proportion, Mild scrapes and bruises are not LIFE Endagering and not exactly Mental anguish grounds either.

I think the whole thing is bs. As everyone else said Kasey doesnt seem like a person that would beat the crap out of someone. This guy is just trying to get some money out of the deal.
