As its depicted in the photo, all evidence points to the same thing. At time of the accident, the vehicle was being driven by a "Rusty Wallace Racing" driver/wheelman. Which one you may ask? I say we just flip a coin.
Now, where exactly the poor weeping girl comes into the story, I have no explanation.

I rememebr seeing that weiner wagon going down 465 in Indy a few years ago. I about pulled over i was laughing so hard..I bet that thing was built in the 1960s...

I don't know how you can get lost driving that thing, don't wiener's have a general sense of direction as to where they need to go?
