The city is 100% committed to making the speedway the premier facility in the country. The city is spending 2.5 million in improvements this winter and will spend more in the future if needed.
The backstretch will be for rv parking along the newly installed fence and wall and will be elevated. There will also be a winners circle in the infield. There will be more seating added in turn 2.
In this day and age, it is outstanding when a city is putting up this kind of money to improve a racing facility. Alot of cities are shutting tracks down due to the noise and such.
As soon as they start working the track i'll post some pictures on our website.
Thanks to everyone that supports the city and Lawrenceburg Speedway, Sincerely, Dave Rudisell

Dave,
Thanks for the info. I just didn't want to see this thing get to far behind. I am already looking forward to next spring and the first race at The Burg. Also thanks for all the hard work and devotion to the track. :thumb: Bob Bressert
