It's been sprinklin off & on all mornin at our house...about 1 1/2 hr to the east of the track. But like Coach said...a little rain won't hurt the track at all. We're commin, no matter what. Tommy & crew will get the race in.

Just got a call...no racin @ Haubstadt tonight.

Glad I made the decision to not go. Was about 10 miles out of town and called AERO who was at Kokomo so I figured the rain would scare some of the teams away so I turned around. Oh well KISS race in two weeks.

I was at Haubstadt all day and it lightly rained for about 2 hours.. Most of the heavy weather missed us and drivers were pullin in!! Then we were told it had been called (( around 3:30.. As i was leaving the track it completly stopped raining and i saw SUN poking through.. Its 6 now and it hasn't rained since... Tommy's magic????

I just didnt understand why they called it so early.. And fans kinda are a big part of the race.. Without them there is no race.. jmo
