Madison (Jefferson County) is a Smaller version of Shelbyville. Tight corners and long straights. I haven't seen the track since the early 90's.

Nick,

Get a car together and come to Madison! If things go as planned I might be turning some laps there.

From my understanding the Track at Madison is larger than it was the last time the TQ's ran there. You might prepare for a track that is similar to Columbus Fairgrounds.

Nick, we used to run there a lot, several times a season, lots of fun, a drivers track, short, tight turns, fairly long straights, you'll learn a lot about driving with the rearend hungout, ya gotta get er sideways at the flag stand, then drive er with th gas peddle thru the turn, your almost going as fast sideways, as you are straight. Now watch, they've probably made it bigger! Bob

Sounds like my kind of track maybe i will have something together by then. track layout like shelbyville could be cool but hope the surface aint as bad as shelbyville! Sounds like an interesting track nevertheless.

Awesome. I've watched you turn plenty of laps in a TQ but never went wheel to wheel with you yet. Hope you enjoy getting back in the seat

I'm guessing 24-26, depends on the weather, that'll be a plenty, with all the other open wheelers, 3 heats and a feature, oughta go pretty quick. Bob
