Lets get a retired air craft carrier. Make a 3/8 mile track on it, sail out to sea. Put up no catch fencing, if the drivers can't keep it on the track, they end up in the ocean. It should have enough room for a sprint car teams pitting area underneath, and as the cars come up the plane elevator, they can be introduced then.
