Sorta reminds me of Hagen at Eldora. Flip was big , but it was the force of the stop on landing that did the damage.

I too beleive the sway bar dug in causing the car to flip forwards.. Similar deal to Jesse Hocketts flip, although Jesse did it on his own after riding a wheelie then dropping the nose back down hard grabbing the sway bar.

. I'll get to see two classes of Wangs this weekend. Yet another chance to prove me wrong. My Bet is that the NRA Invaders outclass the 410s only to be outclassed again by the NW Guys.

i was there....amazingly enough after this...they PUSHED his car bk to the pits....they didnt tow it...you would think as hard as it hit when it landed it would have broken the entire suspension....from where i was sitting at the exit to turn 4, it didnt look as bad as it was, there was just alot of dust in the air i guess...but its insane how much air he got...he was higher then the catch fence almost...Lburg needs to take a look at that and the possibilities of the car or others making its way into the grandstands (carl edwards style)...

I have no worries with the Burg fence whatsoever. I texted Kyle from the stands telling him that Burdette was 40ft in the air. That was a nose tail deal, straight down the track. I feel safer behind burgs fence than about any track out there. Eldora Tony finally got a full circut speedway fence and Hagen clipped the top of it.

Honestly, wrecks don't get much harder than that but then there is always the Sh*T happens factor witch you can never fully prevent.

I know he was above the fence as two guys were standing at the start in front of me and I seen the car over their heads.

One thing i would like to say about Lawrenceburg is the quickness of the official over the radio. I know i saw it happen first hand and i knew to stop but whoever it was as i was going under Brett(which i was the first car under) the guy was over the radio saying flip in one and for everyone to stop and not block the off gate. I applaud the idea.

I am just glad to hear that Brett did not have to have surgery. We hope to see him at the race tracks visiting until he completely healed and ready to go back racing.
