Nice shot terrehautian. Wish that you and others could have stopped by the Section "A" zoo for a bit.
That's me behind the large round pole with only a left arm visible. One of my better pictures according to Mrs. FB. :headbang Nice view (left to right) of racefan20 (Hoover), a Hoover friend I don't know, Kelly and Mud Packer (Mike). Dropping down a row, next to my arm are Gregg, Ed & Karen K. Down another row we see Ashly and Doug (my stepson), Kathy with Jerry Shaw, (maybe Danny B.) and eating machine Steve. This photo was shot early before Shane and John Mugavin joined us and while Danny B was still awake. Also stopping by briefly were EldoraMark, RichH, Bozo (Dave), fishnman (the other Dave), TheLip2 (Scott), troublemaker Charles Nungester, and smith19 (Chris).

It was great getting together again with these and other old friends after a long winter. Also great was exchanging first time howdies with IOWers, EldoraMark, BIGEBUDMAN, and especially racinstacie who came up with my new '09 USAC card after I had been chased all over the grounds looking for it. Good bud Ed K. still hasn't located his.

And of course, as others have said, the grounds, the track, the track support personnel, and the racing were all first rate as we have come to expect and appreciate. :thumb The lovely Cheri (50-50 ticket merchant) was stunning as always and I was a 50-50 loser as always.

Josh Wise is back to say the least. He was masterful with his setup and pass of Sweet for the lead. NASCAR's loss is our gain. The hope here though is that Josh, Bryan Clauson and other short trackers impacted by the recession will get back there if that is the goal.

See you all Sat. nite back at The 'Burg. Early weather report looks great. Hope to see a large car count and fan turnout. And now, I must be off. :checkered:

marv, if you would have gave chad (my son) a bag of m&m's he would have drew your ticket. it only took him about 5 minutes to draw it. lol i'll talk to cheri and see if she will take you by the hand and let you draw the ticket next week. things will never be the same at the burg.........
