Instead of looking at just the negative, maybe we could see the positive side of it too. Good job to Bell & Hinchman for going above and beyond. :thumb Their response and actions are just the kind of thing we need to hear more about!

Chuck I had no personal agenda for posting this from another board. I just thought it was an interesting and informative post and thought members of IOW might like to see it. I'm sorry if you find it offensive:crying:

actually, I appreciate the information. It's good to know which companies are customer and people friendly and which ones aren't. IMPACT should fire their PR dept because this was such a small and inexpensive way to help the company's image and make a customer happy at the same time. they GOOFED.:thumbsdown:
