Sam called me today to let me know he had been released from Union Hospital... sort of...

In typical Sam fashion, they wanted to transfer him to Indianapolis by ambulance to a heart specialist for further evaluation and he declined the ride to Indy on his back for a more traditional upright sprint car ride... in the front seat of his own car with Rosie at the wheel. (If his heart can stand that, it can stand anything.) He was still waiting to hear from the doctor in Indianapolis during our conversation.

He is still chomping at the bit to get back to business with his SCORA plans. Good luck Sam. Stay on Rosie's good side. She's in the drivers seat now.

Sam, Get well soon guy. Don't let the pressures of the world get to you so much. Its your hard work and dedication thats apreciated. Take care of yourself first. The racers will still be here. It will be great if you are too!

Chuck, wishing you the best during this difficult time.
