That looks like about a 14 hour trip one way from Salem. I cant see many teams doing that in one day.

The amount of teams who will run both Salem and TNT are few, and they can always skip the first round of TNT if they have to. I'm lookin' forward to the trip!!

Travel haha! So how about runnin belleville nats then race the pavement sprintcar on sunday at salem? Or runnin osky with the dirt sprint on teusday, then start midget week wednesday at gascity. I personally fell asleep at the wheel goin to gas city. didnt drive to salem though just rode and slept.

Also hats off to Bill Mellenberndt for gettin a big race at Rock Rapids. The place aint much but it does have the oldest covered grandstands still standing west of the Mississippi. Doent get me wrong though you can pass at the place and I'm sure they'll pour the water to it for that race.

I had read somewhere that Terry McCarl was going to run some non-winged stuff. I would guess he would hit Oskaloosa and Knoxville. I wonder if he would run some of the TNT Stuff too.
