I'm pretty sure the track in Plymouth, IN is still a dirt track. I believe the asphalt track is currently buried under the dirt track, but aside from some rumors swirling around last year, I hadn't heard anything about uncovering it to run as asphalt again. I don't think it would take a lot of excavating to uncover the paved track and run it again. I guess it all would depend on the local fan base and what sort of racing they want to see.

It is back to pavement. The dirt was removed late last year.

It's asphalt again! Coming from someone in the know. There is more to why it went back to asphalt then I care to talk about.
