just got back from there. 3 nights of racing 1 practice. the dust from the pit area rolled over us all night for 4 nights. the old lady screamed and made threats over the loud speaker nonstop till the lights were turned off. the officials ( who looked like they were on work release from the local pen ) stalked the pit area looking to fine or penalize someone for something. you know, get even with the man! what did it pay the first 2 nights? what did it cost us to get there? Yea I guess it is a really fun place to race.

Ya just kinda have to shrug off the West Coast officials when you're at Perris, bayless. Everybody knows they're like that, but they don't really do anything in the end, so you just kinda have to try to avoid them and realize that they're really not very powerful! haha
The pit area is a tough place to work from, but it does make things interesting, especially with everything being in direct sight of every person in the facility... |
