Since the 3/8ths I've seen some absolutely awe inspiring midget week races. Last years was Holy Shelton and Spencer Bayston swapping sliders and crossovers on each end for almost 20 laps, then Rico and Shelton before Rico and Thorson took over second in the last couple laps. Officially it might have been like 11 lead changes, but reality there were over 30 lead swaps in that race.

I remember twice Alex Bright giving Tracy Hines and Hagen runs for their money, Maybe three times. I know before one of them during the day they were outside the hotel with the head off the engine and still almost won.

Even the one's that weren't exactly close for the lead at the end featured 4th-5th-6th place three story slide jobs and you could never tell who was coming out on top..

Don't miss Qualifying, Several years I've seen Rico and last year Shelton just blast into the cushion and run above it. Truly just letting it all hang out in a test of skill and bravery.

Seen where Bacon in the 69OT (Old Timer in honor of Gus) and Matt Westfall will be there in sprints and probably many more. BOSS NW sprints are off and so is Waynesfield for sprints.

See you there, Pit gate at 3pm, Front gate and turn four gate at 5pm.

Great show at the burg tonight. Track decent, show ran well, and got us out at a reasonable time. I’m sure there are some unhappy campers, so to speak, but I totally enjoyed the evening.

Im not even going to bother typing up a long play by play. If you were there, You seen it. Last too almost win. Sprints, Leary running down KTj until he buried in the two foot cushion in a car that comes in on a single axle flat open trailer behind a old pickup truck with almost no spares. and a Mod feature that had about ten laps of lead swapping between Stricker and Hamilton who finished opposite of what they did monday night.

If you weren't. You didn't.

Second year in a row I seen the a non winner get bigger cheers than the winner. Don't know if it's right or not, Bur it sure as heck was deserved!

Hope your all safe and happy, Good to see many friends and Anthony Harshfield. If I ever see ya more than once a year, I'll start remembering you by sight.

Chuck. Asking Jen if a Klondike Bar counts? It was yummy!
