the drunk guy is a Tulsa Police Sergeant, he didn't just flip him off, he said over and over " f*** you who you gonna kill tonight" it wasn't a case of him just flipping Tony off one time but then again maybe your the kind of person that does the same **** as the drunk police sergeant

I did not know the rest of the story. The guy was out of line.

If more people got popped in the face for being obnoxious I'll bet it'd happen less often. You're saying Tony should act like an adult because the other adult is being childish?

I am saying it comes with the territory. He needs to get some thicker skin. Not everyone likes tony. Too many people trying to make a buck. Whats he going to do next time it happens? Was it wrong what he said? Yes.

If your going to act like a idiot, Don't whine when your called on it or get what you deserve.
Herrera got booted out because one of his crew guys was mashing some guys head into the track with his foot. LOL

Unfortunately the lawyers will be quick to point out that Tony was the aggressor. He could have chosen to stay out the stands, but he didn't. He could have chosen to not put his hands on the fan, but he did.

Here is what I heard from my buddy that is out there: the cop was extremely drunk and at one point told Tony he was going out to his car and get his gun and he would be back. What a great representative for his police/ sheriffs department.

Also heard that there has been some big blow up at USAC and that Jason McCord and Jason Smith have both quit.

Fortunately, you need some credible witnesses on your side. I doubt the cop has any.
