Good question. It was my impression that the team was Dutchers with RW sponsorship as well as Griffin Propane and others. Honestly I don't have a clue.
Seen where Ray Marshall Motorsports was going south with Hannigan but don't know if it's Winged, NW or both.

That was a Dutcher motorsports car with some RW help. As far as I know there is no Mike Dutcher car this car, he will be working for Andretti. Rumors had it that RW was building a wing and nonwing operation this year, but after the posts last week not sure if that deal is still in the works or not. Guess we will have to wait a couple weeks to see what transpires.
