About the time I was buying my first sprint car (late 80's), there was a t-shirt out that had a cartoon of the Coors Light sprint car chasing Spuds McKenzie. For those of you not old enough to remember, Spuds was a dog that was the Budwieser mascot back then. This was especially cool because most of my friends were Bud drinkers. I wore that shirt until it was in tatters.
Now after a lot of highway miles and a lot of laps in a sprint car, my favorite shirt is from the 2012 4-Crown. Not because of where it's from, not because the race was extra special, not even because of the way it fits. It's my favorite because it has a pocket for my reading glasses!
