How is your fuel system setup exactly? also are your carbs using needles or the check balls?

What ever it is, is following your changes, what has stayed the same, that's where to look, I could give you at least a dozen things to ck, but at this point, I don't have much to go on, and 1 gpm of fuel is a bit hi, 1/2 - 3/4 gpm is plenty, hope you aren't using a regulator, they won't be consistant at low rates, even a clamp on your fuel hose will work better than a regulator. Too much fuel..? Fuel igniting in the exhaust?

Is it manually injected or carbs?

Need more info. What ignition system-Pamco-Dyna S or 2000-HondaMan-Power Arc-many others to mention. Carbs-Honda/Kehin-CR flat slides-others. Is your oil really diluted with alky? Air filter type/brand. Lots of things need answers, to be able to get even close to a solution, I have a few ideas, but need more info. Bob
