A lot of passing for a track that took rubber in 1&2

Schatz and this event are unreal 21-1
Chad K 19-5
Larson 17-6
Henry 18-10

Schatz was running the bottom...and had a pretty easy time of it. Didn't just stay out on the cushion and marbles and spin his tires like some.

This is the quote of the day, from a TJ Slideways Tweet:

Brian Brown said he looked up at the scoreboard and saw 15, and thought to himself "sh*t"...

And let's hear it for TJ. This year he has been putting out some high quality, rapid fire updates. And also for the great Johnny Gibson. He has no equal.

I don't usually watch wing racing due to lack of passing. This Nationals event with the cars you mentioned made it very different.
Some good drivers for sure.

Schatz ran more of the middle, while others were either up top or on top of the curb around the bottom. I think that won him the race.

I want to congratulate a couple of Indiana team owners who seem to have gone unnoticed with their teams efforts of getting into the Winners Circle at Knoxville this past week.

Bernie Stuebgen of Indy Race Parts with Kevin Swindell in his car.

Bill Rose with David Gravel in his car.

Great Job Guys for being two of the best teams in the country last week

Nice run by Shitzy.. But 5-6 yellows, a pit stop & 50 laps, not that super impressive.. IMO

I disagree. He didn't have any Johnny Johnson's to pass in that race. He beat the best from a long ways back no matter how you cut it.

Sorry, but very impressive with that field of cars.

Congrats to all the above, but David Gravel's is driving for Bill Rose in name only. That is his team with a #6 on it so he continues to get the outlaw points. Rose has nothing to do with that team nor does Gravel have anything to do with Rose's team anymore. Gravel subbed for Rose earlier in the year and positioned himself pretty well in points, but the provisional is for the car owners so to keep getting the car owners points they switched his family owned team from 89g to 6.
