I do not have a full run down but Brian Olson was victorious in the Regional Midgets with Bobby East a close 2nd.

In spite of the sprint situation it was a great night - one yellow in 90 laps of feature racing -- a great focus race and a darn good midget race

THe midget field was full which is good. THere are some names I don't recoginize. Are they UMARA drivers?

As for the sprint field, this was the first event. Maybe they can get a few more cars for the next one. It will take some time to grow something like this.

Yes - the midget race was co-sanctioned with UMARA

The sprint cars only hot lapped a few times intentionally staying away from each other on the track. I sure hope this mini series improves, there are many drivers out there needing some laps in the pavement cars, where were they?:confused:
