No where in your posts or on your web site tells us where the facility is.

Owensburg Speedway
Owensburg Speedway is a 7/16 mile clay oval located near Owensburg, Indiana.

It is unclear if this track is currently in operation. The Google imagery shows what looks like an abandoned facility.

I drove by the old Greene Co Speedway this morning and there isnt much left.....Trees have taken over the old racing surface and Mother Nature has reclaimed the scoring tower. Some fencing remains which prompted my co-worker to ask "was this an old elk farm?"

I wish them luck....

Sounds more like a new "saw mill" operation first, then see what they got, and go from there, might pay for itself in "board feet"! Bob!

"Being old, isn't half as much fun, as getting there"! Ole Robert I!

Something doesn't seem right to me here. But that's just me.

Has anyone else looked at the webpage and seen what all they plan to offer? Wow sure does seem like a lot to try and take on in such a short amount of time. If it does become reality great, but maybe focusing on one thing at a time is the way to go instead of 10 different things at once. How big is this property you are purchasing? For everything you have listed you are going to need one massive facility. See where you have 22k raised so far also, great but is that even enough money for one of the mulitple facilities you plan on opening? Im not an expert, but things like an indoor skydiving and wave machine can not be cheap investments. The dirt tracks im sure you could do at a relatively lower cost, but if the place is in as bad as shape and described that 22k is going to be drained quick. My advice get one thing going then focus on expanding, jumping into a business expecting to make tons of money is going to put you in more debt and could be the demise of your dream. Start small everyone has to to start somewhere, and build from there. Best of luck on your new endeavor and hope you can make it work.
