Have not seen the schedule for POWRi or USAC, but Dodge City, Valley Speedway and Lucas Oil Speedway have thier 2012 schedules posted on line at each track's web site.

If we dont know what POWRi's Schedule is yet or USAC's Schedule,do you really think both groups are putting their schedules together with the idea of screwing each other over??

I would think its more like it was playing Battleship years ago.

Seems I missed something. Can someone refresh my memory when midget racing was cheap and/or free? I guess we should all race sprint cars because apparantly those are SO much cheaper than midgets. Does anyone know how many national sprint cars (wing or non-wing) have $8,000 motor? That would be the only way to explain why there are 40 to 50 sprint cars at an event and midgets only get 20 to 30. No other reason, Right!!!!!

Russ, it's not about how many cars are at Midget Week, it's about stinking ******** between clubs.

Any time ******** rears it's head, whether it's in Washington DC or some auto racing sanctioning body, there's always losers. Normally the little guy gets to take it where the sun doesn't shine.

Midget racing has been on life support for many years and fighting between USAC and POWERi doesn't do midget racing or its fans any good.

It's like Morty said in the post that Don referred to. The heads of the sanctioning body's need to sit down at some watering hole and settle their differences. Can it really be that hard?
