Absolutely correct. Jiggs and crew work very hard to provide a quality experience at Gas City. When I was leaving for LPS last night, it was pouring here in the Redbud City. I questioned my decision a number of times on the way to Putnamville when it rained off and on for most of the trip. Figured I would arrive in time for them to call it due to rain.
About 10 miles from Lincoln Park, the rain stopped and I was quite surprised to see that they had to water the track. The infield was kicking up dust so obviously they didn't have the rain we did here. Hate to see any track have to cancel but Jiggs made the right call.
