This is very disappointing..ie clearly BS and IMHO something of an insult to loyal fans. The first step to fixing a problem is to acknowledge it.

I would like to hear from USAC what the ticket stub is good for since I can't make it to the ISW race due to work. If it is only good for the ISW race, I going to have to give it away since it would be a shame for it to go unused.
