Excellent show as aways at TSS.

Even w/40 Modifieds, card was completed by 10:30.....

.Levi tried a to force a stupid move in his heat and slide 4 cars at one time. Does not work. Caused several cars to go out. Kind of the big man on campus syndrome I think. Whose ever car he was in, it was mediocre at best, and driveer could not overcome the difference.

Never seen such a equal field of cars I don't think.

Stockton slow started cars on a restart at one time and ruined several cars also.....I think he was talked to about that.

Blake Fitz......You had better watch out as your lil Brother Braylon is there man. Looked like you w/ an inch less of experience. He will get that feat very soon.

Thanks To Tommy for the track prep and for only running 2 classes.

Con Grats to Stocko on a nice last lap bonzai to take the win.

For you people calling it the perfect slider that Bro would be proud of, I think Bro and Cowboy would prefer no contact for the win! It was about like Hunter's pass of Bland Jr. a few years ago and Hunter saying after the race that he hated to get the win that way and he was sorry, he just wanted the win for the crowd.
Really? That was a hell of a race and a slide job maybe it would be dirty if he went through the side of him but he didn't there was one tiny spot on the tank of chases car after that, nothing dirty he went for it all and there were two drivers in that situation normally that would cause the back guy to lift but it was for the win neither was lifting just like it should be...both cars finished the race with no damage so imo that would make it a clean race...don't try taking away from either one of them they left it all on the track at the end

your right , Chase could have taken him out , but he did touch a little ,but he didnt put a rear wheel to him to get it , Braylon and chase drove a great race and someone had to win , I'm glad they didn't take each other out and let someone else win by sitting back and waiting for them to screw up. Great race Both you guys . ONE to remember and talked about .

I would never take anything from these two drivers. They both have balls the size of an elephants! I figured Braylon pulled up to the flagstand to give Chase a piece of his mind. You said it all when you said Chase had the mark on his tank. At that point in the turn Braylons front end was VERY light, it wouldn't leave much mark on Chase's car, and I watched him shove Braylon's front end up the track. It was a GREAT race, but not a great slide job because he knocked Braylon out of shape to win. I'm sure Chase didn't do it on purpose. I remember when the slidejob for the win was cheap, especially when you hit the other car. Just calling it like i seen it.

Great job Chase. So very proud of you. Wish I could have been there to see your win. Still in Fl. See you this summer.

Another classic race that didn't need heavy hitters to put on a top notch show. Hated to see Danny break and Brady get caught up but I am not sure they would have had avything for those two. That reminded me of some of the Stanbruogh/Clayton duels years back. Been goin to the Stadt for 6 years now and never a bad surface or bad race. Top notch!!!!!

I think due to the lapped cars in between turns three and four, Braylon possibly didn't even see Chase's move coming and it probably slowed his progress down on that side of the track, to even make such a dramatic finish possible. Either way, it was an epic race and when people look back on it, that can't do so without giving both drivers equal due. Here's to Chase Stockon for not giving up and going for it when he saw an opportunity. And here's to Braylon Fizpatrick for tracking Chase down in the first place and making this race an early Race of the Year candidate. This week and last, he's made a clear statement. And that is, like his brother, when he shows up at a race, he's a threat to win.

I think Braylon will do most of his talking with his right foot, as he's not the most talkative young man you're ever going to meet. Nice kid, just don't expect any "Ain't that the ****" type interviews we've come to expect from his brother. I'll never forget the first time he raced with us at Pike County (I scored there at the time) in a restrictor plate class micro sprint as a 10 year old, and won the feature. When I went over to the trailer to shake his hand and congratulate him, the little guy cold hardly get a word out. Braylon would go on a year later to win the stock class at the '07 Pike County Nationals. I think I can speak for all of us who were affiliated with Pike Co. in saying we were always honored to have all the Indiana racers make the long trek over, and are glad we get to count both the Fitzpatrick boys as part of our alumni.
