I do admit I like this post even though it has nothing to do with Sprint car racing....lol!
It was suttle but the kid (19 years old) got a little loose. He admitted it. He turned down to correct and he clipped Danica. The funny thing is the officials let Danica display her emotion to the crowd, just to get more fan reaction and TV media coverage. It's a story. The Danica Story...lol! I guess Nascar thinks bad publicity is good publicity. It's really not. Danica is hurting Nascar rather than helping it. It makes people sick to see these emotions. It's not good for racing. And it sets a bad image for young girls. Some people think of Danica as a role model. She is not.
1) She left her original team in Indy for her own personal goals forgetting the people who got her to where she's at and gave her, her start.
2) She sells herself and looks and personality to finance racing. This is not a good image or style of life for young woman growing up. She is not a role model. Just the opposite.
3) She displays emotion unbecoming of a role model. She should take a lesson from Trevor Bayne in Nascar on how to act, how to talk and how to sell yourself.
Danica is a good racer and she is doing a good job. The funny thing is Danica thinks life is about her. Nobody cares. Do something for somebody else and everybody cares about you and loves you.
Example: After winning the Daytona 500, Trevor Bayne took a a trip to South America on a Religious Missionary Trip. God helps Trevor to win, because Trevor helps those in need that can't help themselves. That is a winning personality that will get Trevor wins and cars and success. That is a role model. God knows it and so does Trevor. He constantly asks God for help and advice on how to conduct his life.
Sincerely,
Larry Otani and best of health to you all. Japan is doing badly. I hope the fallout doesnt hit the US. Their problem may become yours.
