Lou Klug owned (and his family still does) one of the larger private school bus services at that time. They also run a charter bus and limo service. Lou was always involved in racing in some capacity, mainly with Ross Smith and his cars. I've spoken about Ross Smith and other Sayler Park racers on here before. There was another partner on the KIR track (it was a 5/8 mile "trotter" track in it's first incarnation) and his name was Bud Hotchkiss (from Sayler Park). Bud was a war hero/ POW in the Pacific in WWII but, that's a whole other story. And yes, the Legendary Jim Bob Luebbert was from.......you guessed it..... Sayler Park!!! (which is a suburb on the far western side of Cincinnati OH)
