I wouldn't touch the hood, as much as you have been winning this year, leave it alone. It may be your good luck charm. No sense in messing up a good thing, plus it give the car character.

Leave the hood alone robert it's ok!! But go invest in a razor & hair cut for victory lane pics.love the racing suit in victory lane good looking out!! See you at the track soon.

Anyone remember Ted Hartley, who raced midgets longer than many of us were alive. In the late 60s, early 70s his car raced much of the time with a completely primered car.

I remember the Hartley's,I was born in the same town they were from(Roanoke Ind.) Two of his sons Delose(sp) and Gerald had a auto repair shop in town that my father used to take me over to and talk racing while I used to sit in the car you're talking about and play race car driver. Wow that was many moons ago!
