This is our 7 year old basset, Gracie. She is spoiled rotten, hard headed as they come, but alot of fun.

Not racing related but Carpenter might be an appropriate handle. I mean, you know he will be doing "odd jobs" around the house.

I have a three year old Bassett. Have had dogs all my life, but never a Bassett and always wanted one. Mine was laid back and lazy until she was about five months. Then, all heck broke loose. Head like granite and got into more mischief than any dog I have ever owned. However, after she settled down, she has been spectacular. Tail never stops wagging, plays all the time (addicted to tennis balls) and loves everyone. They are just super dogs.
