Exactly!!!! It is just that Colts fans are used to winning or seeing the team go to the end trying to win. I have been on the whole rest before injury before going perfect explanation since this happened. All the band wagon fans are mad.
The only people I can see getting mad is people who went to the game. Chances are they paid good money to see the game and see a Colts win. But being so far in the season, they should have known this was an option they might have seen. Polian made the decision because it is his team and he looks out for the big picture.
As your said in the first line. Why risk a season ending injury to Peyton to go perfect and then lose him for hte rest of the season and not even be able to win in the playoffs even if we tried?
I follow a few players on twitter and facebook and both of them had the same things said.
Don't worry about us, we are fine, and we will win in the end, we got our eye on the big prize.
