Very sad news to hear. I was just thinking of him the other day. He loved the midgets, and was always at the Speedrome when I worked their in 2000 with his noteboard.

Enjoyed having him visit Fort Wayne a few years back with Gary Bettenhausen and Dick Jordan taking a tour of the site of the "old" Memorial Coliseum at Fort Wayne.

Godspeed to this daredevil who lived to an old age.

R.I.P. Crocky, too many stories to tell, to little time to tell them.

Great guy, who got in a lot of good "innings."

He will be missed, and never forgotten.

Very sad, however, he lived life to fullest, very entertaining life.

Loved the story I was told a couple of years ago...Tony asked Crocky if he wanted to fly over to Eldora, first class trip with Tony, VIP the whole nine yards. Crocky asked if they were running wings, Tony said yea, and Crocky said, nah, I'll stay home. I loved it.
No wings Crocky!
