Probably got something to do with "global warming", Polar bears, some kind of small fish, maybe even an owl or two, or, could be the water, but it seems to be going around, just like as we breath, energy prices are being allowed to "creep" back up, someone musta forgot what happened the last time this happened, can anyone spell "alzheimers"?
