There's no doubt wing teams want to race in Indiana. The car counts have been pretty good when they run there. Agreed, September would probably be the best time as well. I think a long weekend, 3 to 4 races, is probably ideal. Easier to get teams to commit to a smaller set of races and not have commit 2 weekends. I've only been to 1 wing race in Indiana and that was a High Limit race at Kokomo. That was packed but not comparable to something like this.
Seems like winged cars are getting some attention again in Indiana, I like it.
Thanks Dirtfan for the info. If it wasn’t from you, I would question it. Have fun at Bloomington this evening. I’m pretty sure this will definitely happen as it’s going to be on Flo

He made the 410 feature last night at Knoxville. There were some good cars that didn't.
I was at Paragon, thought it was a very good crowd, certainly much better than the few typical weekly shows I have attended. I heard them say the feature paid $5K. That accident was one of the hardest hits I have ever seen a sprint car take. Kept looking for information on the condition of the driver they carried to the ambulance (he was alert) but never saw anything. He must be fine. I enjoyed the evening but left just before midnight with 2 more features yet to run.

He elected to stay in Indiana for Midget Week. That got him fired.
Carson McCarl was in that car last night. Too much available talent, most of them more than willing to run both 360 and 410, to leave a seat open and expect it to still be there for you.
