I don’t disagree with your assessment of Gas City, but I think that is more than the random FB comment you read about North Vernon. Unless there really is something happening at North Vernon that you didn’t mention.
Nothing happening to my knowledge with VCS or Winston. I posted those three tracks in response to your question at the end - “Is there a track that still exist that you’d like to see reopen?” Those are three tracks I’d like to see return to action.
