Sprint cars qualified Friday night and ran a full show with accumulated points. The top 10 in Fridays A-Main were locked in for Saturday nights A-Main. The rest lined up for Saturday qualifier races based on points accumulated from Friday.

The sprints were Ultimate Sprint Car Series sanctioned.

Any thoughts on what could be cut out (other than the laps from the midget A)? I think it would be tough for the sprint car guys to just get to run one feature on Saturday. They did track prep between the As right?

Looks like they had 3 B-mains for them...you'd think there would be a way to tighten that up maybe?

I attended both days of Turkey night in my RV in 2016, 2017 and 2018. Watching the past couple of years on Flo racing, it appears that nothing has changed. They do a very fine job of turning a 5-hour race program into an 8-hour enduro. I would venture a guess that there is more time spent with no cars either on the track or at speed, compared to actual racing time. There just appears to be no incentive to move the program along, and it gets damn cold there in the evening this late in the year. I know I am in the minority, as the place appeared to be a full house, but I personally have no desire to sit in a grandstand for 8 hours anymore.

I agree 100% Run the sprint program Fri and Keep the full midget show for Sat. Plenty of cars for full programs at each. One down time each night between heats and features.
