Nope. I never wanted to go in debt to get a degree...maybe I shoulda, but either way, at least the only thing I owe on is my rental property. lol. & I'm far from being a self taught one either...oh well...not everyone can do or be everything...

James Hinchcliffe on the magic and mysteries of The 500. I really enjoyed this read!

I have been to IMS quite a few times. It still makes me feel different every time. There is only one.

In his autobiography Smokey Yunick devotes a fair amount of time and space to a period during his life when he was visited by a recurring dream that included what he referred to as the Indy Bull. IIRC the Bull resided in turn #1 of The Speedway. The Bull impressed upon Smokey in these dreams that he and The Speedway cut no one slack. You're either good enough/fast enough or your not. I believe ol' Smokey liked that Bull.

Silver Crown Championship Dirt Cars properly driven on a one mile dirt track are classic poetry in motion. Using that analogy, Jack Hewitt is one of the greatest poets of all time.

I hope so (perhaps The Dinger will run again!)...BUT; this headline sez "series aims to introduce in 2020"
