I got down there around 230ish as I like to chat with other early comers. Pulled back behind the pits to see what was going on and up over the hill it looked like Armageddon of T-Storms It really cranked up about three PM but up in Bright, St. Leon up that way had to get a ton of rain. Well it thundered and stormed all around the track from 3-430 then looked better. I pulled into the grounds about 445, Used the restroom near the front shelter and came out to big drops, Parked the car near the entrance and ******. It rained hard for 10 minutes and quit, Done, Zilch, Kaput!
Well it took a bit longer to get the racing started but man, On a dry day, I wish they'd deluge the track about 4 with the big yellow truck. No dust, no prep needed. Just a good fun night of racing.
Great run by Abrams, Four in the fluff, As Gregg said after SImon got damaged, He was in his own world until heavy lapped traffic allowed Gaines to close..
About all IM going to say about it. Schornick won the mods and about sealed the championship.
Thanks to the crews, teams racers and staff for another great night. If I'd of gone by Radar, I'd of missed another great night at the track. Good crowd as well.
