Does Al Davis own this team or what? It is a shame......

Maybe if they kept a driver for any amount of time they could build some chemistry. I do not know all the details but T-Mez seemed to take care of the ride and be very consistent on his finishes. I never seen him win in the car but I have seen him run at the top many times.

Hope you land a ride T-Mez......

What a joke... :action-smiley-049:

Thomas Meseraull is still one of my top 3 favorite MIDGET drivers :thumb

As much time and money as they spend they want to WIN. And i dont blame them for trying to find a driver that will do that for them. There is a fine line between tearing cars up and being on cruise control and just finishing. Roger and Jim will find a driver that will do that and win again. Good Luck Truckers. And a Thank You for being one of the few car owners left.

Thats funny that you say he was let go, I was talking with Jim Whiteside after the Haubstadt run about how much T-mez has improved and he agreed but didn't act like anything was wrong.

Anybody got any other details on what happened between them?

Not sure what happened, but it's too bad. He was really starting to run up front on a consistent basis, and wasn't tearing stuff up either. And after listening to him on DO's radio show a couple weeks back, you could really tell that the guy is a racer, first and foremost. Hopefully he lands on his feet in '09.

Billy is partying now but when the party is over he will tell you that he has a ride lined up for next year. I do not think he was kissing up or politicing he was telling it like it is. Just for the record we are not looking for a ride ether, just agreeing with what Billy had to say. Nothing against T.Mes. as he is a good guy. The way I see it, it is Roger and Barb's money and they can do what they feel is best. :respect:

NO i am not asking for a ride. I have done a great job by myself the last two years dont you think? 16 wins and 4 Championships The Phililps have given me a great racecar and i am working with them next year. They are great people and they love to race. So me trying to kiss a@# for another ride is just stupid. So to quote the great Stone Cold Steve Austin " Thats the Bottom Line" cause Billy Puterbaugh said so.

Josh Spencer deserves a big break, met them at Terre Haute and they are nothing but nice people.
