It's a shame, cause I love the Hut 100, but I'll at Lawrenceburg that night watching REAL sprint cars battle it out for $10k.

(When has the Hut 100 ever been in October anyway?):action-smiley-049:

I was looking forward to the Hut Hundred for the first time in a long time. This certainly doesn't help the situation at all. By the time the mortifieds are finished the track will be long gone. If they start two hours earlier the track for sure will be done. I guess I will now have to decide between Lawrenceburg and Belle Clair.

Might as well come to Little Belleville.

Talk2drivers.com will surely be at Lawrenceburg that night, just bring a laptop and you can keep up with all the action there if you need to. Just make sure an check it between heats so you dont miss any of the action on the 1/5 mile high banks.

I think they will have a decent show for the modifieds at THAT, but I really can't see them having a huge amount of cars because of the fall nationals at Eldora. Eldora always has over 100 of them and all of the guys that are hunting various points titles will be there. So I really don't see the modifieds effecting the show that much.

Think you got that wrong, the REAL sprint cars are there at the Burg Sat, 9/13/08. You can still make it to the Hut 100 since I caught that for you.

After talking to some modified guys, the opposite may happen.......With all of the big teams committed to Eldora, some of the teams who werent going to Fridays event are now going to make the trip to Terre Haute.....Also talked to a group of guys who are thinking of their fuel bill......SO, Terre Haute may have a few more modifieds than we think......
