Opps!! 10000cc brought about by finger float (or could be Freudian slip) caused by typing two fingered above the recommended rate for a soon to be 67 year old worn out old racer. Sometimes I get carried away. Wait until I get my 3500cc 4 cam Stock Block and Head v6 Midget on the track. You ain't seen nothing yet "Toyota"! ![]() Honest Dad himself ![]() ![]()

Racin
That sound would be out of this world. There are a few big American Big V Twins out there that could muster up the horsepower to give the Jap's a run for their money. But alas there are those amongst us that like to stifle creative racers (In the name of saving racers money's) Give me a break will you. These are the same people that are spending huge amounts of money on their own race cars and trying to protect us from our selves. Don't believe that all mini sprints fetch price tags like you see in the classifieds. These are over built and valued way too much for a mini-sprint. You can race and be competitive on the cheap if left to your own talents and resources. Honest Dad himself ![]() ![]() |

Years ago in California, Terry Farrar put a Sportster in a TQ; it was louder than the Hammers of Hades and had a tendency to crack frames at inopportune moments...

Cracking the frame means you have enough torque and/or HOOKED UP,correct?..I told you it would work..

In this case I think it meant shaking so bad it could knock a filling out; the "lope" in a Harley's idle doesn't go away at speed when it's bolted solid to a motor plate...
