It's clouded up at the track. Dark skies to the west. Hope they stay over there.

Thundering and getting ready to rain fifty miles west of the track in Charleston at 2:30, radar does not look good for race time!

330 report, Radar shows a line of strong storms about 50 miles southwest of the track moving at 45mph containing up to marble size hail. Theres a chance the track may slip through the bulk. If you see a line, Head for the cars. Do not wait. Its been moving steady north but creeping east. After that first line is a couple hours clearance. After that, who knows for now. The rough very bad stuff is out in Iowa for now..

The family and I are north bound, catching spotty rain. Looks much better to the east. We're closing in on Sullivan.

Head for the cars boys and girls. 405 about fifteen minutes SW Contains cloud to ground lightning.

I'm about 15 miles south of the track on 41 skies are gloomy to the west east looks clear. No rain as of now here.
