I noted earlier this year that the timing of the MSCS race at Farmer City conflicts directly with the POWRi speedweek race just 30 miles away at Lincoln that night, and both venues would be basically trying for the same group of spectators.

The WAR (Wingless Auto Racing) series is making an impact as a travelling group in mid Missouri
Basically no rules with the exception of RR tire Hoosier medium and safety 305, 360 & 410 racing competitively with each other (yes they've had 305's win) It is a sharply ran show and they treat the racers right. The organizers are promoting with working the regional area before the group races at a local track. They bring a race simulator, trophy girls, fireworks etc. It is growing legs I think the original poster is on to something |

We had 24 cars for the NMMRA season opener in New Mexico last week. I believe this club is 50+ years old.
