Yes... The 10w car # was just an easy way of saying IOW. Don't worry several people have asked me... why the # 10w?

They're just not as witty as we are. I'll tell you the secret code to our HARF shirts, since it's just you and me here. We always number the car on the shirt with the year it's made for, So if you ever wonder if the HARF shirt someone is wearing is old, just check the car number to find out how long they been wearin' that rag, don't tell anyone.
