I feel sorry for his son. This looks like his driving dream is over. Just plain sad to happen to anyone, even DA.

The guy that got popped is the guy with the orange golf cart and dog, Tom S. Tom use to work at LPS over the years with J.D. back in the day. He lives east of the town by the old motel so DA has no connection other than knowing the guy.
