If in fact the burns were caused by hot fluids, the importance of water-based extinguishing agents, like Cold Fire or Fire Aide 2000, are so critical. Not only do they extinguish the fire more effectively, they can and should be sprayed on the driver and his firesuit to "pull" the heat out of the area...and the firesuit needs to be removed immediately if not sooner...the retained heat only makes the potential burning situation worse.

......DG has third degree burns on the top of his foot requiring skin grafts and he does have several quarter size burns to his legs, thoughts and prayers for him, as he will be out of commision for a while. Hopefully in time for oval nats.

A friend talked to Damion yesterday: he went home from the hospital after the skin grafts and expects the bandages off on Monday.
